In view of significantly reduced quality of life in patients with endometriosis resulting from algological symptoms and endometriosis-associated infertility, it is necessary to consider the features of clinical management of a patient with the “favorite” endometriosis localization to provide effective clinical management and improve the therapy efficacy.

Abstract
