Prolactin and its response to the luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone thyrotropin-releasing hormone test in patients with endometriosis before, during, and after treatment with danazol
This study found that women with endometriosis exhibit elevated prolactin levels and an exaggerated prolactin response to the LH-RH/TRH test compared to normal women, with danazol treatment significantly reducing this response.
