Abstract

【症例１】45歳女性．右下腹部痛と下痢を主訴に当院を受診し，精査の腹部造影CT検査にて右側結腸の腸重積を認め，注腸造影検査により整復した．下部消化管内視鏡検査にて盲腸の腫瘤性病変を認め，生検にて有意な診断は得られなかったが悪性腫瘍の可能性が否定できず，待機的に腹腔鏡補助下回盲部切除術（D3郭清）を施行した．切除標本の病理所見で盲腸子宮内膜症と診断された．
