完全型虫垂重積症を呈した虫垂子宮内膜症の1例を経験したので報告する. 症例は34歳, 女性. 血便を主訴に前医を受診し, 大腸内視鏡検査で盲腸腫瘍が見つかり当院を紹介された. 内視鏡検査では虫垂開口部付近に粘膜下腫瘍様の像を呈するポリープ状病変を認めた. 注腸検査では盲腸に3cm大の隆起性病変を認めた. 腹部CT検査では盲腸内腔に中心部がhighな隆起性病変を認めた. 以上より虫垂重積症と診断し腹腔鏡下手術を施行した. 骨盤内腹膜に子宮内膜症を認め, 盲腸内に重積した虫垂を確…
