症例は36歳，女性．右鼡径部に圧痛を伴う弾性軟の３cm大の腫瘤を認め，当科紹介となった．腫瘤は腹圧で変化なく，圧迫にても還納されず，腹部単純CTでは囊胞状を示した．外鼡径ヘルニアおよびNuck管水腫の診断で手術を行った．手術は前方アプローチで行い，水腫を破損や遺残のないよう完全摘出し，鼠径ヘルニアはMarcy法で修復した．病理学的所見では，摘出された多房性囊胞は中皮由来で，上皮直下に内膜間質様細胞を認め，子宮内膜症の組織像を伴っていたことから子宮内膜症を伴ったNuck管水腫と…
