子宮内膜症の治療薬であるDanazolを, 子宮内膜増殖症患者9例に1日400mg, 6ヵ月間経口投与し, その病理組織学的, 細胞診断学的変化を検討した.1) 嚢胞性腺増殖症7症例中全例がDanazolに反応し, 投与開始後1-12ヵ月で嚢胞性腺増殖症が消失した。7症例中4症例に投与終了後3-9ヵ月で嚢胞性腺増殖症の再発をみたが, Danazolの再投与によって嚢胞性腺増殖症は消失した.2) 腺腫性増殖症2症例中1症例は, 投与開始後4ヵ月で腺腫性増殖症が消失した. 他の1…
