39 歳，女性。9 年前に不妊治療歴がある。当科初診の 1 カ月前に右鼠径部の皮下腫瘤を自覚した。画像検査では右鼠径部の皮下に境界不明瞭な結節を認めた。子宮腺筋症や鼠径ヘルニアの所見は認めなかった。皮下腫瘤に連続する索状組織を結紮し，腫瘤を一塊に摘出した。病理組織学的所見では腫瘤内に管腔構造が多発し，腫瘤は子宮円索と連続していた。免疫組織化学染色にて，アポクリン汗腺，エクリン汗腺，乳腺を否定し，子宮内膜症と診断した。鼠径部の皮下腫瘤では，皮膚子宮内膜症を鑑別に挙げることが重要…
