症例は54歳，女性．40歳時，内性子宮内膜症にて子宮全摘，両側付属器切除術施行された．繰り返す右下腹部痛と同部位の腫瘤を主訴に当院を受診．CTおよびMRI検査にて右下腹部に約1cm大の腫瘤が指摘された．画像所見，血液学的所見などからは明確な診断が困難であり，悪性疾患を除外できず，右下腹部痛が継続していたため，外科的切除術を施行した．右下腹部の大網に約1cm大の硬腫瘤を認め，周囲大網組織とともに腫瘤を摘出した．病理組織検査の結果，結節性病変部分に脂肪組織に置換して子宮内膜腺の増…
