症例は41歳，女性．1年ほど前から左鼠径部に腫瘤を認め増大縮小を繰り返していた．疼痛を伴うようになったため当院産婦人科を受診した．内診およびエコー検査で卵巣や子宮に異常なく，左鼠径ヘルニア疑いで当科紹介となった．腹部エコー検査で左鼠径部に40×20mm大の内部エコー不均一な卵円形の水腫を認めたが鼠径管への大網や腸管の脱出はなかった．左鼠径部水腫の診断で手術を行った．水腫は子宮円索と強固に癒着していたため円索と一緒に2重結紮切離し摘出した．鼠径ヘルニアに準じMarcy法で後壁補…
