Abstract
Objective To study the efficacy of laparoscopic operations in endometriosis associated with sterility.Methods Two hundreds and three patients with EMT and sterility diagnosed by laparoscope were operated, who then were divided into two groups, one is contrast, the other group is treated by medicine.Results The total pregnant ratio is 55.05%,the pregnant ratio of treated with medicine is 62.38%, the ratio of contrast is 44.33%, the two have significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic operations, characterized by minimal invasion, rapid postoperative recovery and better clinical effect, can be used in the treatment of endometriosis associated with sterility.
