Abstract
This research presents the unprecedented potential of GPT-4, OpenAI's advanced language model, in the role of a workplace consultant. Past AI research mainly focuses on structural problems, when the answer is well-defined. Here we propose ill-structured problem-solving, which requires strategic thinking, creativity, and decision-making.
