Comparative Analysis of Open Operation and Laparoscopic Operation for the Treatment of Ovarian Endometriosis Cysts

Objective To compare the clinical curative effect analysis of open surgery and laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst. Methods 116 cases from April 2012 to April 2014 treated in our hospital were selected for the retrospective analysis of ovarian endometriosis cyst clinical records. Results Postoperative fever time, anus exhaust time, ambulation time, hospital stay in the treatment group was significantly less(P0.01), the rate of analgesics, postoperative complication rate in the treatment group was lower than in the control group, and the pregnancy rate was higher than in the control group(P0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst is was significant, worthy of clinical application.
