Abstract
During the design process of fusion power supplies, structure designs is a very important step for safety operation of fusion device. In this paper, the electric dynamic analysis based on the worst fault current and thermal stress analysis with maximum steady temperature are finished, respectively. In addition, a simple research method of current sharing characteristics of converter bridge arm by Q3D modeling with Simplorer is proposed, the results show that the current sharing characteristics are prosperous. Finally, the structural design of CRAFT converter meets the requirements, and the prototype will be manufactured later.
