The Analyze of Misdiagnosis of Unusual Sit of Endometriosis in Surgery

Objective To explore the reasons of misdiagnosis of unusual sits of endometriosis.Methods We analyzed the age,the site,the type,the complication and the operation methods of 7 cases of unusual endometriosis in our hospital,and paid more attention to analyzing the pathogenesis,clinical symptoms and the cause of misdiagnosis.Results One case was dural endometriosis.Two cases were pneumonic endometriosis.Two cases were ureteral endometriosis.Two cases were gastroenteric endometriosis.Conclusion The diagnosis rate of unusual endometriosis is low before operation.Clinical surgeon have to attach importance to unusual endometriosis.
