Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of osteopontin(OPN),serum CA125 and CA19-9 for endometriosis. Methods Serum samples of 45 patients with endometriosis and 45 cases of healthy women were collected, respectively from January 2005 to December 2008.OPN was determined using ELISA method and CA125,CA19-9 level were detected by chemiluminescence. Results Compared with the healthy women,OPN and CA125,CA19-9 of patients with endometriosis were significantly increased(P0.01).OPN and CA125,CA19-9 of patients with endometriosis in severe group(AFS stage Ⅲ and Ⅴ)was significantly higher than those of mild group(AFS stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ)(P0.01).Conclusion OPN and CA19-9 can be used as diagnostic and surveillance indicators for endometriosis.Combination of OPN,CA19-9 and CA125 detection can improve their clinical value.
