Abstract

FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves administering phototherapy in taking hormonal preparation during the first menstrual cycle applying polychromatic linearly polarized noncoherent light of wavelength equal to 400-200 nm 2 cm far from skin surface in turn to zones of uterine fundus projection, projection of nerve radices forming lumbosacral plexus. The treatment is applied 2-6 min to each projection, 1 session every day in a total 15-20 sessions long course. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment reduced risk of adverse side effects owing to hormone therapy avoided surgical interventions reduced risk of complications in postoperative period. ^ 2 cl
