Abstract
Compositions comprising an antiprogestin and having improved bioavailabil ity are provided. In one aspect, compositions comprising particles of an ant iprogestin deposited on a carrier substrate are provided. In another aspect, compositions comprising a micronized antiprogestin are provided. Also provi ded is the use of compositions comprising an antiprogestin and having improv ed bioavailability for the treatment of endometriosis, uterine fibroids, dys menorrhea, and meningiomas.
