Abstract
We report a rare case of giant cell tumor tendon sheath in 26 year old man as a benign soft tissue tumor of thumb; managed by complete excision. Histopathological examination revealed spindle shaped cells with numerous multi-nucleated giant cells. Keywords: soft tissue tumor, tendon sheath, distal phalanx, thumb
