Abstract
Published studies have shown that PPARγ can inhibit inflammation and shows antiangiogenesis activity. Inflammation and angiogenesis were all involved in the occurrence and development of endometriosis, and PPARγ was expressed in both normal endometrial tissues and ectopic endometrial tissues. Thus more and more attention has been focused on the role of PPARγ in endometriosis these days. The function of PPARγ in endometriosis were reviewed here.
