Влияние комбинированных оральных контрацептивов на уровень антимюллерова гормона в патогенезе преждевременного истощения яичников

In 2011 STRAW working group of experts showed the necessity of development of the modern biomarkers reflecting a staging of formation of ovaries premature failure. One of such criteria is anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH). The objective of research is to define, whether the COC influences on the AMH level at women with premature deterioration of ovaries. Conclusions : the AMH level is in direct correlation with development of premature attrition of ovaries. COC doesn’t result in risk of development of premature deterioration of ovaries. It is important to include research AMH, as obligatory, to the protocol of inspection of women with premature deterioration of ovaries.
