Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical features and the recurrence of endometriosis of abdominal wall after cesarean section.Methods:The incidence,diagnosis,treatment and recurrence of 18 patients diagnosed as endometriosis of abdominal wall were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Endometriosis of abdominal wall in the hospital accounted for 3.06%(18/589) of endometriosis and accounted for 0.16%(18/11 143) of cesarean section during the same period.Among 18 patients,16 patients were found with periodic and painful masses at the abdominal incision scar,all the patients received surgery and confirmed by pathology.Conclusion:The patients with endometriosis of abdominal wall after cesarean section can be diagnosed correctly according to typical symptoms and signs.Surgical resection of the lesions is the best treatment and prevention of recurrence.
