Abstract
子宫内膜异位症（endometriosis,EMs）是指子宫内膜组织（腺体和间质）异位到子宫体腔外生长,是育龄妇女常见病,引起疼痛和不育。DIE主要临床症状是疼痛,包括严重痛经、性交痛、排便疼痛和慢性盆腔疼痛。妇科检查可扪及阴道后穹窿或阴道后壁的触痛性结节,阴道后穹隆部见紫蓝色结节有助诊断。DIE目前分为腹膜型、卵巢型及深部浸润型及其他部位的内异症。深部浸润型子宫内膜异位症（deep infiltrating endometriosis,DIE）是EMs的
