Abstract

Die Laparoskopie mit Histologiegewinnung ist nach wie vor der Goldstandard zur Diagnose der Endometriose. Tief infiltrierende Endometrioseherde sowie ovarielle Endometriome stellen sich allerdings auch gut in der hochauflösenden Vaginalsonografie dar. Wie häufig fällt diese Untersuchungsmethode bei subfertilen Frauen, die sich zu einer ersten assistierten reproduktionsmedizinischen Behandlung vorstellen, positiv aus?
