Attention to corporate diversityis included in this trend, although most studies ignore the perception of diversity byemployees and its rankability. In this paper, we analyze corporate diversity rankingsfrom the perspective of predictive and prescriptive analytics. Inside predictive analyt-ics, the perceived diversity of a sample of 350 European diversity leader companies ispredicted by using three different feature sets and three Machine Learning algorithms.Inside prescriptive analytics, several rankings involving American companies are in-tersected and compared in three exercises (studying diversity categorization, ethnicorigin and comparing diversity with other unrelated metrics). From these, global rank-ings were built to search for the best possible agreement among the rankings. Theseresults with both predictive and prescriptive analytics encourage managers to strate-gize and include diversity in management, as well as employ new technologies in theirdecision-making processes.
