Investigation about Uterine Tumor Necrosis Factor-alpha Content Changes of Dairy Cows Treated with Endometriosis

By using ELISA method,it was discovered in this paper the density of Tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α) in plasma and uteru mucus,before and after the treatment with Gongdekang suspension compoundes(NGDK) on metritis of dairy cow.It was showed that higher TNF-α density was found in both plasma and uterine mucus in infectious cows than in healthy cows;the density of TNF-α in plasma and uteru mucus both declined clearly after the treatment with NGDK,and has the same density in infectious cows and in healthy cows after twice treatments.The experiment showed that good effect was found in metritis cows by treatment with NGDK.
