Abstract

Endometriosis (EMS) is a common benign gynecological disease. Its clinical manifestations include dysmenorrhea, chronic pelvic pain, dyspareunia and infertility. EMS is one of the main causes of female infertility. There are series changes in EMS, such as changes in pelvic anatomy and microenvironment, abnormal expression of inflammatory factors, hormonal changes, and embryo implantation damage. These may affect follicular development and endometrial receptivity. It will affect the process of oocyte growth and maturation, fertilization and embryo implantation, which will have adverse effects on pregnancy outcomes. Key words: Endometriosis; Infertility; Inflammatory; Follicular development; Endometrial receptivity
