Practice of Diagnosis and Treatment of Female Infertility by Hysteroscopy and Laparoscopy

Abstract

Objective:To study the value of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of female infertility.Methods:61 cases of female patients with infertility during three years were analyzed retrospectively.Results:In these patients,16 cases had pelvic adhesion,12 cases had salpingitis,8 cases had uterine adhesion,and 6 cases had endometriosis,5 cases had endometrial polyp,5 cases had endometritis,4 cases had polycystic ovary,1 case had uterus septum,and 1 case had submucous myoma of uterus.The pregnancy ratrs were 56.25%,50%,62.5%,83.33%,60%,60%,75%,100%,100% respectively after laproscopic surgery.Pelvic adhesion,salpingitis,uterine adhesion and endometriosis were the major cause of female infertility.Conclusion: Hysteroscopy and laparoscopy could earlier,directly find out the reason of infertility which caused by pelvis disease,to provide timely therapy,to investigate the shape and the patent of fallopian tube directly dynamic observation,and to reduce the false positive or negative rates of HS.
