Reversible hydrogel implants for fallopian tube occlusion offer a potential solution for both reversible contraception and mechanical prevention of endometriosis. The soft hydrogel implant effectively blocks fallopian tubes, prevents sperm and endometrial cell crossing, and can be safely removed on demand by hysteroscopic light application.
