The methodic encompasses theoretical generalisations, comparative analysis, data forecasting, decision tree, hypothetical, and cluster analysis. The indicators of influence were categorised into three distinct groups based on their impact levels on the gross regional product, namely strong, moderate, and weak. The construction industry has the greatest stabilizing effect. The reduction in the number of enterprises and employees did not lead to a decline of the gross regional product. (Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Kharkiv), which vary in terms of development and the impact of hostilities. The methodic encompasses theoretical generalisations, comparative analysis, data forecasting, decision tree, hypothetical, and cluster analysis. The indicators of influence were categorised into three distinct groups based on their impact levels on the gross regional product, namely strong, moderate, and weak. The construction industry has the greatest stabilizing effect.
