Abstract
Objective:Study of heparanase and basic fibroblast growth factor expression of Hpa and bFGF and its clinical signifiCance. Methods:The expression of Hpa and bFGF in ectopic endometrium, and eutopiC endometrium in 32 samples with adenomvosis and 30 normal endometrium was detected by immunohistochemistry(SABC).Results:The positive expression rates of Hpa at the emopic and ectopic endometrial tissues of the patients with adenomyosis Signiticantly higher than the normal control group.Differences are statistically significant;the bFGF expressinonrates of the Adenomyosis Group eutopic endometrial in patientsSignificantly higher than the normal control group.Differences are statistically significant.Uterine glands myopathy rate of ectopic expreSSion of bFGF-positive Group and.control groups had no significant differences. Conclusions:Hpa and bFGF,can both significantly express in ectopic endometrium which were both the important cellular factors of promoting the vascular formation.bFGF and Hpa have the positive relativety in the ectopic endometrium.
