Abstract
The distortion of pelvic organ caused by diffuse distribution and deep invasion of endometriotic lesions make it difficult for the surgical treatment with relatively higher complication.The article presents common anatomical variations which may lead to damage to the pelvic organs and discusses the surgical strategies and complication prevention methods.
