The effect of nursing intervention for clinical efficacy of left-norethisterone-releasing intrauterine system

Objective To investigate the behavior intervention and care guide for left-noret-histerone-releasing intrauterine system in patients with adenomyosis treatment.Methods Selected 80 cases of adenomyosis and taken left-norethisterone-releasing intrauterine system treatment to the medical clinic of our hospital from February 2007 to June 2010,divided them into observation group and control group.Conducted routine care and guide to the control group,while the behavior intervention and care guide was added to the observationgroup.The review was conduted 1 year later,besides this,the health knowledge and behavior,dysmenorrhea,menstrual flow,quality of life were assessment.Results The patients of observation group knew the health and behavior,degree of dysmenorrhea relief,quality of life improvement better than the control group(P 0.05),the former's menses was less than control group but not significant(P 0.05).Conclusion It can significantly improve the dysmenorrhea and life quality for the behavior intervention and care guide for left-norethisterone-releasing intrauterine system in patients with adenomyosis treatment.
