Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical treatment of chronic pelvic pain induced by endometriosis. Methods 38 cases of patients with chronic pelvic pain caused by endometriosis admitted in our hospital from February, 2010 to February, 2013 were selected as the subjects. The patients were equally divided into two groups according to the order of admission. The 19 cases firstly selected in the control group were treated with medication, and the 19 cases selected subsequently in the study group were treated with surgery combined with medication. Results The total efficiency of the study group was 78.95%(15/19), and that of the control group was 63.16%(12/19)(P0.05). Conclusion The effect of surgical treatment combined with medication is significantly better than that of monotherapy, which is worthy of clinical application.
