Efficacy observation of laparoscopic combined with mifepristone in treatment of endometriosis

Objective To observe the efficacy of laparoscopic combined with mifepristone in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods 60 cases of patients with endometriosis in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2012 were selected,were randomly divided into observation group(laparoscopy combined with mifepristone treatment) and control group(laparoscopic surgery treatment) according to the different treatment methods,each group had 30 cases.After treatment,the efficacy and patient recovery time after stopping ovulation,menstrual recovery time were compared be-tween two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%,was significantly better than73.3% of the control group,the difference was significant(P0.05).The patients recovered ovulation time after stopping was(12.3±4.6) d,menstrual recovery time was(25.8±7.1) d,was shorter than(17.8±6.1) d and(30.7±4.2) d of the control group respectively,the difference was significant(P0.05).Patients were followed up for 3 to 12 months,the observation group relapsed two cases,the recurrence rate was 6.7%;the control group relapsed six cases,the recurrence rate was 20.0%;the difference of the relapse rate was significant(P 0.05).Conclusion The laparoscopic combined with mifepristone in treatment of endometriosis has good efficacy,has low recurrence rate,is safety,and is worthy of promotion and application.
