Effect on Abdominal Microenvironment of Endometriosis Rats by Neiyifang

Objective: To observe the effect on the abdominal microenvironment of the endometriosis rats by Neiyifang.Method: To compare the number and the activities of macrophages,the levels of VEGF in the peritoneal fluid of EM rats after using of Neiyifang.Results: The planting volumes were reduced,the number of macrophages in the peritoneal fluid is decreased after using of Neiyifang.It also can lower the levels of VEGF in the peritoneal fluid of the EM rats.Conclusion: Neiyifang can make the planting volumes smaller by reducing the number of macrohages and the level of VEGF in the peritoneal fluid of the EM rats.We can make the conclusion that the mechanism of Neiyifang for the treatment of EM is from inhabiting the angiogenesis.
