Abstract
An antibody specific for angiopoitin-2 (Ang-2), comprising the CDR1, CDR2 and CDR3 from SEQ ID NO: 11 and the CDR1, CDR2 and CDR3 from SEQ ID NO: 12. The antibody can be used for inhibiting undesired angiogenesis or treating one of cancer, ocular neovascular disease, obesity, hemangioblastoma, henarigioma, arteriosclerosis, inflammatory disease, inflammatory disorders, atherosclerosis, endometriosis, neoplastic disease, bone related disease or psoriasis.
