Abstract

Objective:To compare Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets and the combination of estrogen and progesterone treatment of the clinical efficacy of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding and re-bleeding,adverse reaction.Methods:60 patients with adolescent blood,divided into two groups,hemostatic effect compared the two groups and re-bleeding,adverse reaction.Results:of two groups of patients with vaginal bleeding effect,complete control of bleeding time was no significant difference between the two groups.Bleeding again after the case the two groups,no such phenomenon of Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets group,estrogen progesterone 6 patients,the t test,P0.05,statistically significant differences in adverse reactions after treatment and the first cases of vaginal bleeding is also significantly less than the Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets group of estrogen and progesterone combined therapy group.Conclusion:Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets is superior to the traditional combination of estrogen and progesterone.
