Abstract

The utility model discloses a suction device for uterine cavities, which is characterized in that a suction tube is a double-layer sleeve tube, an inner sleeve tube is arranged in an outer sleeve tube and a cavity is arranged between the inner sleeve tube and the outer sleeve tube. The inner sleeve tube is provided with an endoscope or an ultrasonic probe, the outer sleeve tube is provided with a suction hole. Since the endoscope or the ultrasonic probe is arranged in the inner sleeve tube of the suction device for the uterine cavities and the outer sleeve tube is provided with a suction hole, clinicians can carry out the uterine curettage operation under the condition that the physical circumstance in the uterus is observed clearly through a monitor connected with the outer sleeve tube. The suction can be carried out with selectivity, the uterine curettage can be carried out with selectivity aiming at specific position and the minimization of the wounded area can be achieved. The protective suction in the state of direct vision can avoid dangerous areas, and serious complications, such as profuse bleeding, uterine perforation, etc., caused by improper forcibly in blind probing can be prevented. The integral suction is convenient, and the complications caused by incomplete uterine curettage, such as the repeat bleeding, the endometriosis, etc., can be prevented. The utility model has the characteristics of high safety, high treating efficiency and convenient operation.
