Efficacy of Laparoscopic Diagnosis and Treatment of Endometriosis Disease and Infertility

Abstract

Objective Observed and analyzed the results of laparoscopic to treat and diagnose the endometriosis and infertility.Methods Chose 296 cases with uterine endometriosis combined infertility as study,use laparoscopic to examine and took ovarian endometriotic lesions resection and adhesions break in laparoscopic,lesions coagulation,removed abdominal fluid therapy,observed and analyzed the laparoscopic performance in different r-AFS staging,differences of postoperative pregnancy rate and abortion rate.Results 296 patients in laparoscopy to examine r-AFS staging,stage I in 54 cases(18.2%),stage II in 168 cases(56.8%),stage III in 61 cases(20.6%),IV of 13 cases(4.4%).peritoneal fluid's color were bloody in 211 cases(71.3%),light bloody in 83 cases(28.0%),all patients had varying degrees adhesion、hemorrhage or defected change;postoperative pregnancy rate decreases with stages increasing,pregnancy time delayed,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05);compared different r-AFS stage abortion situation,the difference of abortion rate in different stages was not statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Endometriosis and caused infertility diagnosed of laparoscopy,laparoscopic surgery can effectively improve the pregnancy rate,peritoneal fluid removal and lesions coagulation can completely damage the pelvic peritoneal ectopic endometrial lesions,had significant effect on improvement of patients' early restoration fertility,also has a good effect.with advanced disease.
