Modeling the Dynamics of the SARS-CoV-2, Target Cells and Immune System

Abstract
The evolutionary behavior of Sars-Cov-2 manifests itself as the result of a practically continuum of new strains, in a game theory setup against the Host. We use here a nonlinear dynamical model of the interaction between the populations of target cells, immune system, and Sars-Cov-2 in an individual. The model reflects the actual behavior of these populations in the host body, and will help to understand the Covid-19 pandemic evolution, including the emergence of new strains, and the effects of treatments with drugs, and vaccines. Several simulations were made.
