Abstract
Objective – to find the level of anti-Mullerian hormone in patients with infertility and endometriosis.Material and methods. The object of the study were 55 patients with infertility and endometriosis (main group) and 30 patients with infertility without endometriosis (control group). The study included an immunofluorescent diagnostics of the anti-Muller hormone (AMH) level in the blood.Results. When performing the statistical processing of data of the main and control groups concerning the indices of AMH level, we determined that its levels in the serum of patients of the main and control groups did not differ significantly (3.5 ng / ml and 3.3 ng / ml). A clear difference in AMH blood levels was diagnosed in patients of the main group with endometriosis (3.2 ng / ml) compared with patients in whom only endometrioid heterotopies were diagnosed (7.5 ng / ml). The level of AMH in the blood of patients in the main group with primary infertility was 3.67 ng / ml, and in patients with secondary infertility 2.6 ng / ml.Conclusions. The levels of AMH in the blood serum of patients with infertility and endometriosis did not differ from its level in the blood of women with infertility but without endometriosis.
