Abstract
The article shows the findings of clinical assessments of the electropunctural diagnosis method by the vegetative resonance test aimed at the determination of the uterus body internal endometriosis and estimates its diagnostic efficacy. 101 women aged 28-54 years suffering from a gross neoplasm of the uterus body for which they had undergone operative intervention were examined by the electropunctural diagnosis method according to the vegetative resonance test. The diagnosis of the uterus body internal endometriosis was made by the method of electropunctural vegetative resonance test in 43 out of 46 patients with clinical diagnosis of adenomiosis. Pseudonegative findings were obtained in 3 surveyed patients. Conclusion: the diagnosis “there is no uterus body internal endometriosis” was made by the method of electropunctural vegetative resonance test in 48 out of 55 patients in whom adenomiosis had not been revealed during the operative intervention. Pseudonegative findings were noted in 7 cases. Thus, diagnostic significance of the study is as follows: sensitivity – 93,5%, specificity – 87,3% and general accuracy of the test – 90,1%. The conclusion was made that electropunctural vegetative resonance test is a simple, safe and highly effective method giving an opportunity to make both diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the uterus body internal endometriosis.
