Abstract
Objective: To explore the relationship between IL-17F,CA-125 level change in serum and peritoneal fluid and endometriosis(EM).Methods: 29 cases of EM patients were collected as case group, and 26 cases of non-EM patients as control group, the IL-17F and CA-125 levels in serum and peritoneal fluid were analyzed in the two groups. Results: CA-125 level in serum and peritoneal fluid of EM group were much higher than the control group, difference was statistically significant(P0.01); CA-125 level in serum and peritoneal fluid of III-IV stages were much higher than I-II stages(P0.01); IL-17F level in peritoneal fluid of I-II stages was much higher than III-IV stages(P0.05).CA-125 positive rate in serum of EM group was 69.0%,much higher than the control group(15.4%,P0.01).CA-125 positive rate in peritoneal fluid of EM group was 89.7%,much higher than the control group(7.7%,P 0.01).The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of CA-125 in peritoneal fluid were all higher than CA-125 in serum. Conclusion: IL-17F in peritoneal fluid might early screen EM,and CA-125 in serum and peritoneal fluid might screen EM in middle and advanced stages.Screening effect of CA-125 in peritoneal fluid is better than CA-125in serum.
