Abstract
Objective: To compare the effect of difference haemostasis in laparoscopic operation for ovarian endometriosis.Methods: 30 cases of patients with ovarian endometriosis were divided into two groups,group A used electrocautery haemostasis and group B used suture haemostasis.The level of FSH,LH,E2,follicle were detection.Results: The level of FSH in postoperative was significantly higher than that in Pre-operative,but the number of follicle opposite.The level of E2 in postoperative of the group A was significantly higher than that in Pre-operative and group B,the number of follicle in postoperative of the group A was lower than that in group B.Conclusions: The laparoscopic operation for ovarian endometriosis may cause ovarian reserve function decline,ovarian wound bleeding processing,suture bleeding can protect ovarian function.
