Abstract

Objective:To explore the expressions and values of C-FOS,MMP-9,and Survivin in the patients with varying degrees of endometriosis. Methods:A total of 60 patients diagnosed as endometriosis by laparoscopic surgery in the hospital from March 2010 to September 2011 were selected. Then the patients were divided into eutopic endometrium group and ectopic endometrium group, and 30 patients in each group.Thirty patients with uterine fibroids receiving surgical treatment in the hospital were selected as control group.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of C-FOS,MMP-9,and Survivin in every group. The significances of expressions of C-FOS,MMP-9,and Survivin in patients with varying degrees of endometriosis were evaluated and analyzed. Results:Compared with control group, the positive rate of C-FOS,MMP-9,and Survivin protein in eutopic endometrium group and ectopic endometrium group significantly increased, there were significant differences(P0.05).At the same time, the expressions of C-FOS,MMP-9,and Survivin protein in eutopic endometrium group were mainly negative(-) to positive(++).But the expression of C-FOS protein in ectopic endometrium was mainly weakly positive(+) to Xeon positive(+++),and the expressions of MMP-9 and Survivin protein in ectopic endometrium group were mainly negative(-) to Xeon positive(+++).Conclusion:Detecting the expression of C-FOS,MMP-9,and Survivin protein in patients with varying degrees of endometriosis has great significance for occurrence and development and clinical auxiliary diagnosis of endometriosis. It also can explore new treatments to open up a broader way of thinking for endometriosis
