Проведен анализ клинико-иммунологических особенностей у женщин репродуктивного возраста при наличии наружного генитального эндометриоза \nассоциированного с хроническими воспалительными заболеваниями половой сферы и бесплодием. Выявлено пятикратное преобладание у женщин с эндометриозом самопроизвольных выкидышей, достоверно более выраженный \nсубъективный симптомокомплекс заболевания. Из иммунологических показателей \nу пациенток с эндометриозом, достоверно отличался от группы женщин, не имеющих эндометриоза единственный показатель - процент CD3 лимфоцитов в циркуляции. Test of clinico-immunologic features of the women who suffer from the external genital endometritis associated with chronic inflammatory urogenital diseases and infertility has been carried out. It was revealed that spontaneous miscarriages were five times higher with the women suffering from the endometriosis and subjective syndrome was evidently marked. The only index- the percentage of CD3 circulating \nlymphocytes differed among women suffering from the endometritis and ones without it.
