Нарушение венозного кровотока в малом тазу и эмоционального состояния женщин с хроническими тазовыми болями

To study the hemodynamic in uterine and ovarian veins in women with chronic pelvic pain after surgical treatment of gynecologic pathology and emotional state of this category of women. We examined a total of 139 cases with chronic pelvic pain after surgical treatment of gynecologic pathology. Four groups of patients were analyzed according to operative intervention: uterine extirpation with uterine adnexa or supravaginal uterine amputation with uterine adnexal; uterine extirpation without uterine adnexa or supravaginal uterine amputation without uterine adnexal; operative intervention on one or both ovaries with intact uterus; ectomy of one or both uterine tube. Were found, that stagnation in venous bed of pelvis is formed in women with chronic pelvic pain. This manifested in increasing of the diameter of the uterine and ovarian veins, reducing of peak of systolic blood flow speed in uterine veins.
