Abstract
The technology of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET)make a great progress in recent years, however, the clinical pregnancy rate in IVF-ET cycles has remained at about 40%. So how to improve the clinical pregnancy rate in IVF-ET cycles becomes a tricky problem.Ovarian reserve, ovarian response, gynecological problems(such as uterine myoma, endometriosis)and the progerterone(P) level on the day of human chorionic gonadotropin(hCG)administration can affect clinical pregnancy rate in IVF-ET cycles.
