The Diagnosis of Super Sound to Endometriosis in the Abdominal Wall of Uterine-incision Delivery

Objective To discuss the value of super sound diagnosis to endometriosis in the abdominal wall of uterine-incision delivery.Methods We retrospectively analyzed 15 cases who had Treated endometriosis in our department from October 2007 to January 2011,all cases were given super sound diagnosis to endometriosis.Results The abdominal wall incision of 15 cases was 8～25 mm under body surface,and there were low echogenic area bump,the bump were 7～43mm and under the subcutaneous fat.The bump were no outer envelope and irregular shape of dendritic or cheloid.All cases were diagnosis as endometriosis and through pathology diagnosis.Conclusion Super sound has significant value to diagnostic the endometriosis in uterine-incision delivery,and integrate clinical symptom,provided the foundation to therapy.
