Full Text Эндометриоз пупка 1 Эндометриозом называется разрастание ткани, похожей на слизистую оболочку матки. Эндометриоз пупка встречается и описывается очень редко; поэтому считаем возможным представить наше наблюдение. Б-ная К., 43 лет, поступила в клинику 28/XI-56 г. по поводу кровянистых выделений из пупка во время менструаций. Больной себя считает около года. Менструация с 17 лет, беременность была 6 раз. Роды нормальные 4 раза, 4-я и 6-я беременности окончились искусственными абортами, последний аборт 5 лет тому назад. Менструальная функция нормальная, последние крови 17/XI-56 г. Телосложение правильное, рост выше среднего, кожа и видимые слизистые нормальной окраски. Со стороны внутренних органов патологических изменений нет. Живот мягкий, безболезненный, обильное отложение подкожной жировой клетчатки на брюшной стенке. Пупок размером 2×2 см, пигментирован — цвета темного загара, выступает над поверхностью брюшной стенки, плотный, мелкобугристый из-за полипозных разрастаний (рис. 1). При надавливании выделений нет. Влагалище рожавшей, шейка матки цилиндрическая, наружный зев закрыт. Матка в правильном положении, несколько увеличена, плотная, подвижная, безболезненная. Придатки не увеличены. Шейка чистая. Выделения белые. Рис. 1 30/ХІ-56 г. произведены пробное выскабливание полости матки и биопсия из пупка. Слизистая тела матки в стадии пролиферации. В кусочке из пупка среди фиброзной ткани островки слизистой тела матки в стадии пролиферации. Диагноз: эндометриоз пупка. 15/ХІІ-56 г. выписана. 3/I-58 г. поступила вновь. После биопсии выделения из пупка усилились и стали кровянистыми. Появляются они за день перед менструацией и прекращаются с ее окончанием. Менструальная функция нормальная, последние крови 24/XII-57 г. Объективно — то же самое, что и при первом поступлении. 6/I-58 г. под местной анестезией пупок иссечен. Заживление первичным натяжением. В настоящее время здорова, менструальная функция нормальная. 1 Доложено в обществах патологов— 11/I-58 г. и акушеров-гинекологов — 5/II-58 г. About the authors M. A.
